Always a pleasant experience. Henry does an amazing job on my nails. I live in Florida but visit Littleton often. I always make it a point to get my nails done with Henry at Le Nails (the new owner). Clean, friendly, and very reasonable prices.
Wife went to get a manicure done and the tech was on her phone the entire time. My wife just felt like she was an inconvenience and worried the tech would cut her when using the clippers while still looking at her phone. We received a request for a review which we filled out and then got a response to contact them to try to make amends. My wife called and all they did was say sorry and what did she want?
