They are extremely friendly and catered to my needs!
All and all, fabulous workmanship and reasonable price point. If you want to pay an extra 15 percent because the business i.e. shop is more esthetically pleasing go somewhere else; but, I rather have a great nail job and that extra money in my bank account.
Although they're upfront with their prices, I had such an abysmal experience. When they filed my nails, they were so lazy about it; it was neither round nor square. My nails were jagged or angled, and she did such a poor job painting my nails, it looked like she was too lazy to care. There were areas of the nail she missed, and when she applied the top coat, she didn't even bother to apply to the whole nail. It was so bad, she had to have done it on purpose.
