I’ve been a loyal customer at Magic Mike Car Wash with the Ultimate Unlimited Membership and used to visit regularly. Unfortunately, over the past couple of months, the quality of service has gone downhill, largely due to equipment issues. I used to go here all the time since I had purchased multiple unlimited wash packages at this establishment however, I will NEVER use this car wash again. There was a malfunction on the track that pulls your car through the car wash causing my car and the car in front of me to slam into one another a good 4-5 times. I had a panic attack the rest of the way through the wash. I’m extremely disappointed with this car wash and how they handle customer concerns. After using their service, I noticed fresh scratches on my brand new car that were absolutely not there beforehand. When I brought this to their attention, I was immediately dismissed by Brian Swank. Instead of taking my concern seriously, I was told it’s “virtually impossible” for their car wash to cause scratches and that they’ve “never scratched a car in 4.5 years.” Just because no one else has reported damage doesn’t mean it didn’t happe... read more
