Never sign up for there deals they will charge full price the next month and dont handle fixing what they should well wouldnt recommend this car was to anyone garbage wash and horrendous coustmer service
*****DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH***** My car was damaged the 1st time! When I exited the carwash my trim was bent and sticking off of my car. I informed the worker who took my info and said the owner would call me. I never received a call. I had to call myself and when I spoke to the owner Brian, he was dismissive and rude. Best car wash around
I’ve been a loyal customer at Magic Mike Car Wash with the Ultimate Unlimited Membership and used to visit regularly. Unfortunately, over the past couple of months, the quality of service has gone downhill, largely due to equipment issues. About two months ago, I went through the wash track with no problem, but when I pulled into the vacuum station, none of the vacuums were working. I used to go here all the time since I had purchased multiple unlimited wash packages at this establishment however, I will NEVER use this car wash again. There was a malfunction on the track that pulls your car through the car wash causing my car and the car in front of me to slam into one another a good 4-5 times. I had a panic attack the rest of the way through the wash.
