Terrible Airbnb cleaners. When I told her that a guest had complained about dirty sheets, she called me a liar and then the guest a liar. Had zero attention to detail. When I came back and checked on the property, I found that there were various stains on walls, cushions and comforters that she didn’t bother cleaning or telling me about. I got to say this is one of the best cleaning companys around this area! I give magic maids a 5 star because they are professional,always on time and jennifer also does great cleaning work and makes your home look and smell great after every clean. Magic maids also is honest and trustworthy they even do organizing to help with the clutter. I would choose them because they have experience with rental and residental and commercial cleaning. She also uses herbal and non- stick cleaning supplies
Magic Maids of Columbus does an outstanding job cleaning, is flexible, and very communicative. We use them to clean our AirBnB and they are the best cleaners we have found in the Columbus Area. Highly recommend.
