Prices were the best and the delivery, and pick up was smooth. Very nice and friendly people to deal with. Will be using again for any future events.
We got my 3 year old daughter a beautiful and unique princess castle bounce house. We received so many compliments on the bounce house! It was delivered on time for our 11am party, and the gentleman who delivered was kind enough to work with us to come back and pick it up at a convenient time. I will continue to recommend to family and friends.
Take your business elsewhere because this company has excuses for everything and will steal your money. I order a small 10x10 jumper and made sure my measurements were correct to fit the 15x15 requirement. However, I forgot about the height, my bad. So, I asked to take it in the backyard and I would pay the fee for the steps, which the guy had to count every step in order to calculate my fee. The convenience of ordering the bounce houses online is amazing! If something was to go wrong with payment or of the order, they are quick to notify you through text or email. The helpers that come and set up are very quick to set up and are very nice! I truly recommend their services.
