Stay away. The bouncy castle was filthy and clearly did not appear to be properly cleaned or sanitized. After our party, several children and adults, including myself, became sick. I’m also not the only reviewer raising concerns about the company’s unhygienic practices and reporting that multiple groups of customers became sick after using their inflatables. I worked with Magic Jump Rentals on a recent brand activation and not only were they so friendly and easy to work with, but they were early, worked hard and had great quality jumpers. I will no doubt use Magic Jump Rentals in the future for both personal and professional needs. Highly recommend :)
