Was very disappointed with service a few days ago for kids' birthday party i was setting up. The driver dropped the bounce house not at the location I showed. Upon the request to move, when the bounce house hasn't even unfolded fully, I was told NO. Upon forcing my request I was threatened with option to cancel the order and take everything away, before party started. The inflatable was clean and in great condition, the attendant was really nice and helpful in explaining the set up. He was quick putting it up and taking it away.
