Take your business elsewhere because this company has excuses for everything and will steal your money. I order a small 10x10 jumper and made sure my measurements were correct to fit the 15x15 requirement. However, I forgot about the height, my bad. So, I asked to take it in the backyard and I would pay the fee for the steps, which the guy had to count every step in order to calculate my fee. The convenience of ordering the bounce houses online is amazing! If something was to go wrong with payment or of the order, they are quick to notify you through text or email. The helpers that come and set up are very quick to set up and are very nice! I truly recommend their services.
They make it simple and hassle-free. I booked online a week before the party. Driver arrived on time, friendly, no problems at all. It was perfect, I've already recommended to a friend who has since booked with them and had the same experience.
Absolutely flawless service, perfectly on time, and all around just a great experience. The bounce house was a huge hit with the kids. I will for sure be calling Magic Jump Rentals for my next party.
Haven't even received my rental yet(event is this weekend), but just wanted to note how nice and helpful they have been whenever I have called to ask any questions!
