I have been using Magic Jump for school events for the last two years and I would never use anyone else. They are the most efficient, affordable, and helpful company we've ever worked with. They have a great selection. When something we wanted wasn't available, I was put on a waiting list and they actually contacted me later and easily switched our order around last minute to get the rental we wanted. GREAT experience with Magic Jump.
Do not ever rent from this company most unprofessional customer service by Gaby. Being a loyal customer for many years I never had an issue until today. They have a customer rep call service that could not help or setup a date. Do not give business to these people offering dirty jumpers with worst customer service with dishonest promises.
Prices were the best and the delivery, and pick up was smooth. Very nice and friendly people to deal with. Will be using again for any future events.
