Terrible customer service. Especially Fernanda . She canceled my daughter hair and makeup last day on her graduation. We supposed have appointment at 9 am . She didn’t show up I call she didn’t pick up after so many calls. I text her she responded by tex lying that she had someone at the hospital and she couldn’t make today to work. Since we do not have any choice the guy took my daughter for hair only since he doesn’t do makeup.-not recommend him as well .Around 11 am Fernanda show up to work like nothing happened.THIS KIND... read more
