Total rip off. I have a Porsche that I keep reasonably clean, and I swear they STILL manage to not get it fully clean after every wash. There are ALWAYS dirty spots left after exterior and interior wash, and they are not cheap. Their prices are high, even for a decent job which they rarely ever do. They use dirty wet towels for the interior (no leather cleaner- they will ask for $50 a seat if you need even a tiny spot on the leather cleaned). They also always neglect the tires/rims. Updated review: quality of service has continually declined over time even with the massive increase in cost. I always find large areas that were not washed with a sponge, wheels rarely cleaned properly, and drying is a joke (1 guy with a soaked shammy). In case that is not enough, Now, all of a sudden, a 3 series is considered a "mid-size car" and is $40 for a basic wash! It has been a "small car" since I started going here years ago. 50.99 for a simple regular wash and even so they didn't do a good job.I don't recommend it at all too expensive.
