Guys. I really am not a harsh reviewer. I’m a 5 star ALWAYS kind of guy. This is to say that I have to be pretty upset for me to post a negative review. When I tell y’all the absolute STINK that’s in my car after the car wash. Good god almighty, my gym bag doesn’t even come close. It’s genuinely nauseating. I’ve been coming here for 7 years. It used to be the best car wash in Miami, and cheap! The quality has gone down so much and the price has gone up 3x. Today I asked them why my windshield was still filthy after the car wash and they told me I needed to buy a clay service (all while he rubbed one of the bugs off with just his finger, not even using his nail). Wish I knew this before I tipped them. I had to go home and wash my windshield myself. Will not be returning.
Took my car here for the magic wash. Spent 130 dollars. Didn’t expect the wash to be as bad as it was. Maybe it was worth 20 bucks max. Never going back here. I went back again with my new car and they told me it wasn’t a small car it was large. Since when is an RS3 a full size sedan. This place is a scam. They are rude. I’m never giving them another shot. Worst car wash ever
Don’t bring your car here if you care about it, because they don’t. They don’t know what they are doing and don’t know what chemicals they are putting on your car. Customer service is also a joke, they don’t care about their customers and make it very inconvenient to speak with them. Go anywhere else
This place used to be great. Last two times horrible. Left trash on seat, didn’t even touch inside back window. Music so loud we couldn’t wait outside. Won’t be back.
