In December 2020, I took my babies (my dogs) to the groomer. Same groomer I’ve taken 4 generations of my dogs to for almost two decades.. The owner was friends with my late mom, He went to the same church as her, the owner even went to my moms funeral. They tortured my families dog. They lucky we don’t go there and torture them. I take pets more serious then humans.
Friend of mine took her pet and was returned hurt. INJURED. SERIOUSLY HURT WITH BLOOD ALL OVER PAWS. their excuse was “the dog wasn’t calm” F**K THEM

This is a new spa for us recommended by a relative. We left our dog here over Christmas break to take a trip to New York. So far we were happy with the facility: friendly personnel, no cages and the ability to pick up on Sundays. Overnight rates are also lower than our old facility in Miami Beach. After a nine nights stay our dog came out happy snd relaxed. We will more likely come back here, sorry Miami Beach: you guys have decent facilities but more restrictive in rules, with less availability and with cages.
They have an awesome facility, wonderful staff, and treat our pets like family!! It's a great place for your pets to be pampered.
