The worse customer service on the phone they move you from one to another take messages but never called back After setting an appointment (finally) for the am and was told they would call while on the way no calls and then they showed about late pm. Too late I was already gone, I wasted time with this company, I called someone I ADVISE you do the same,
Recently had some commercial work done by Magic Glass. These guys are on top of their craft. Exceptional service and quality!
Called and they came out and assessed the repair and gave me a good price. The next morning came back and replaced my broken double pane window, excellent service.
If I could give this company no stars I would.. it starts off with phone presentation, the guy operator messed everything up… has a very nasty attitude.👎
