My spring and both cables broke on my 2 car garage door. I called several local garage door companies. Most had an answering machine take my call even though it was 9 AM on a Monday morning. But Garage Door Excellence had a real person answer the call and she did so in a very professional manner. They were able to send a service man (Mike) out at 12 noon for a free estimate.
