I had to turn to Yelp to get a third estimate for a driveway gate and pedestrian gate for a gated community. Sam was rated very high and was extremely responsive when I reached out. His quote fell in the middle of the other two, but the lowest quote was from a vendor very far away. For a driveway gate, we needed someone local in case of an emergency repair. My garage door broke. I had no idea what could possibly be wrong. Upon messaging them at night, they replied very quickly. Jesus came out the very next morning. Took a look at it, told me and showed me exactly what was wrong,and exactly how he was going to fix it and why. We agreed on a price and he fixed it right then and there. Barely took 30mins. Magic Garage Door Last night while I was in my garage I heard a loud bang and was unable to get out. Apparently one of my Springs broke and made the door inoperable. I called a few companies but nobody answered because it was around 7 p.m. and everybody was closed! So I started to get a little worried being that I have a detached garage and was unable to get out. Magic Garage Door We discovered our garage door spring broke mid day so I started to look around for ways to repair it. In the end, I decided to contact Mike instead of DIY. He responded immediately and was available later on the same day. Mike was on time and curteous. He replaced the spring quickly and oiled the pulley so the garage door is quiet again.
