Honestly, I chose Shane because out of the 3 I called he was the only one to answer. But I'm sure glad I went with him. He does a very very thourogh job at inspecting things. Things I would never think to check. He was very helpful with any questions I had and even recommendations on how to fix things. He checks things top to bottom including going on the roof and into the attic. No details go left unchecked. Also just a very nice person in general. Thanks Shane. I highly recommend him!!
