Horrible experience..first thing is they don't answer the phone when you call and take days to return your call. We took our vehicle back 3 times for the same problem. All they did was throw parts at it and eventually wanted to put a $7500 transmission in it. I finally took out of there and took it to Shelor. Vehicle was fixed in 3 days and had nothing to do with the transmission. We wasted $1000 at Magic City and 3 trips from Roanoke for parts we did not need. Never again....
