I contacted this florist to send flowers to my granddaughter. They insisted on having her phone number and said she lived in a locked building. After providing her number, they asked me how they were suppose to deliver the flowers to a locked building. I was totally confused because that was why they insisted on having her number. Next they asked if I want to cancel the order. I don't know how this business has a 4.7 rating. I've contacted many local florist in several states to send flowers and never had such an issue. Amazing business, wonderful staff, and beautiful flowers! I live in another state, and my mom was having surgery in Billings. I wanted to send her flowers to let her know I was thinking about her and wishing her well. I called Magic City Floral in the late afternoon to have flowers delivered to my mom in her hospital room. The very nice lady helped me choose flowers and told me it would be the next day before they could deliver them.
