They damaged the trim work with their hose in my foyer and the guy denied doing it. I left it go simply because a handyman was coming the next day to do work in my kitchen.. Also while my daughter was outside near where they were taking lunch I could hear inappropriate language, mostly political ramblings which later led to some "what does ____ mean?" questions. Otherwise, the carpets are cleaner than before they got there.
