Based on the reviews I really thought I would like this office. Unfortunately the majority of the staff were not welcoming or kind. The equipment is mediocre and made a terrible noise that I’ve never heard during an eye exam.(other than I assume the Nikon upgraded exam they try to sell you as soon as you walk in) I declined this which is where the bad attitude of the staff really became noticeable, with every decline on an upsell they got less and less interested in my appointment. Wonderful visit … the receptionist, and doctor assistant were great. The doctor was so friendly and knowledgeable answered all my questions. Thumbs up for maggiore Definitely recommend to my family and depends !!
From the moment I walked in the two ladies at the counter were rude and had absolutely zero customer service skills, the tech that came and got me for the exam was the only pleasant person there, The doctor was barely polite she said hello but clearly couldn’t care less about me during my visit her face said it all, not a smile to be seen, just looks on her face as if she were asking “why are YOU here” very condescending and somewhat disrespectful her face was screaming she did not want to deal with me when I just needed an ... read more
