The staff at Maggie's in Cottonwood, AZ are amazing. Every single person that helped my mother was kind, encouraging, warm, and full of heart. Their love and friendship made the transition so much easier, both for her AND for us. They went the extra mile by making conversations with mom, as well as offering so many other services. Everyone should be so lucky to have this kind of care through the end of life cycle. My sister and I will forever appreciate Maggie's. Can't thank them enough.

Would give 4.5 stars if possible. (I rarely give 5 stars.) Unfortunately, it's a sad time when one has to utilize a hospice service, but Maggie's made a difficult situation a bit easier. The staff was very caring and helpful. We felt the nurses to be competent and thorough. Our favorite was Jessica. She was the one who came once my dad passed. She took such care to prepare him, dressing him to reflect the peaceful state that he had finally reached. Highly recommend.

During the course of my 4 year assisted-living residency I have encountered numerous hospice care providers; few have shown the level of genuine concern as is displayed by Laura Reed whom I regard as being one of Maggie's finest. Laura's ability to successfully blend professionalism and compassion in the face of an unyeilding reality on a daily basis, should be the envy of all caregivers and the mission-statement of Hospice Care in general.

We have had a wonderful experience with Maggie's home health. Korri (rn) and erika (rn) were on top of my Nana's care, christy the pt is amazing. She pushes just hard enough and knows what to do and will show you how to help/lift, whatever you need. Lucy was a big help in showering and was beyond compassionate with my stubborn nana! Not a good hospice. My family is very familiar with hospice care, and this one is not it. They don't answer their phone or texts, a few of the nurse come in our home, don't take all the vitals, or order meds on time. They don't respect our boundaries, and complain about their life and issues they have constantly as if that is professional. They make the patient very uncomfortable and uneasy. I called multiple hospices to ask if any of this is okay, they all said the same thing which is no. I wouldn't recommend.
