Always great time when we stay here great room food is amasing and tiki bar with entertainment on weekends
This place is a gem. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the fabulous food, the cleanliness and the stellar staff make it a great destination in the Maggie Valley area. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was in that area!
We hosted a party for my father-in-laws retirement celebration, and it was the BEST time ever because of Beth and her team!! Lacey and Stephanie were INCREDIBLE the ENTIRE night. The food was AWESOME and the space was PERFECT! We can't say enough positive words about our experience! They treated us like FAMILY and we were able to have our friends and family stay at the Maggie Valley Inn which is adjacent to the restaurant and event space. We are extremely GRATEFUL! We can't wait to come back!
Not the greatest ,, frig was on floor , also the microwave ,,, it was extremely old building , I was not enthused about it at ,,, at the price I paid ,,, 101.00 dollars was way too high

Very disappointed on this stay, i have been going there for many years with no problem until this trip. First my room was cancelled then restated, i asked to changed to a non smoking room and they did, one with no refrigerator, no microvave, no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board there wasn't even a picture on the wall, all we had was a bed and tv and the other issue was that we were told there would be a breakfast buffet on Sat and Sun and was given the coupons but was turned away at the door because we were not part of " ... read more
