Our experience with Maggie Aguilar to purchase a duplex turned out to be a nightmare. First, she presented the property to my husband and I as her listing. But then later she would inform us that the owner wasn't paying for her to represent him. Next, when agreeing to present our offer, Maggie didn't even bother to use proper documentation.
