Maintenance lacks on some repairs. We need more than 1 washer and 1 dryer and for sure wash machines that are for larger loads. Our hallways and front entrances need to be cleaned on a regular basis including windows, mailboxes, and sweeping up the front entrances on a more consistent basis, along with the 2 side doors going from building to building around the tops of those doors inside and outside need to be swept and the hallways need to be vacuumed a little more often
Hi, I mentioned to the mantince guy this week that at first it sounded like the heat was coming on but the gadget on the wall never lit up to show the numbers. He mentioned that he was going to replace the wall controller thing to a diel. I'm guessing he went to get parts. In the meantime, I've noticed it is warmer in the hallway than in my unit. I think there might be something more going on with the wall control thing that thought just letting you know Peggy Brown
