This bar is my go to every week. Great bartenders, great bands, private events are well handled and professional. This place is a great venue for whatever you need.
Food was great but they didn't have salt when I asked for some salt. Having low blood pressure chronic condition I always need extra salt.

The live music has been amazing every time. Best blues & rock. No cover. Room to dance. Hot bartenders. Beetlejuice chairs. Clean restrooms. I think I'm selective... Maggie Mae's is 1 of the places ya just gotta go to if ya visit ATX!
It would be 5 Stars, but one of the bartenders doesn't like Star Wars.
The Best Bartender Ever!! Great personality, mixologist, and sense of humor !
The bouncer was rude, but from what I've read it seems common. The service was slow and my bartender (Sam) was totally rude and her drinks were horrible. The patio was pretty awesome, but I will no longer be recommending Maggie Mae's to my friends who want to visit as a classic destination in Austin. Sorry.
