I actually didn’t use Maggie to sell my house, but in retrospect I wish I had. She gave us her opinion of the value and told us why, and another realtor gave us a much higher value and said the issues identified by Maggie would be no problem. Naturally, we wanted more money, so we went with the other realtor. In the end, the issues Maggie said would be a problem came up, and the house eventually sold for exactly what Maggie said it would.
