Difficult to work with. Poor communications. I tried to contact them and discuss my needs for a photo shoot in order to hire the proper model. They couldn't give me a quote or price to hire one of their models, yet. They wanted tons of information about the shoot, the magazine, the location, the style, etc.....After emailing them all the information about the shoot and everything they wanted, I am still waiting.
