Maggie was incredibly organized and her attention to detail was extraordinary. She sat down with us and discussed when the house would go live, then made a timeline for painters, landscapers, cleaners and sewer scope. Everything fell in to place and went very smoothly. Our house went live on the date planned. We had two open house days the weekend, offer reviews on the following Tuesday. We had four offers and sold for over asking!
