Maggie Grim is the best realtor we have ever worked with, and that is truly saying something! My husband and I have moved 5 times over the past 25 years and bought and sold houses in each of the new locations. For this most recent move, we didn’t even know what kind of new home we were looking for when we first started working with Maggie. Were we ready to downsize to a condo, townhouse, or did we want to stay in our house and just fix it up? Working with Maggie was truly one of the best decisions we made. We actually reconnected after high school, and I'm so grateful we trusted her to guide us through both selling our home and buying our next one. Maggie was incredibly organized and her attention to detail was extraordinary. She sat down with us and discussed when the house would go live, then made a timeline for painters, landscapers, cleaners and sewer scope. Everything fell in to place and went very smoothly. Our house went live on the date planned. We had two open house days the weekend, offer reviews on the following Tuesday. We had four offers and sold for over asking!

Maggie was absolutely amazing, and I will use her forever. She answered every question we had and offered expert advice without ever being pushy. Her recommendations on which updates would deliver the highest ROI before listing were spot-on and made a huge difference. Her quality of work and customer service is top notch. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, she's also so friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will never work with anyone else.

Working with Maggie was such a great experience. She helped me find a condo that fit nearly all of my desires and somehow made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She’s incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and so clear in how she explains things that I kept wondering if I should be doing more! Maggie is funny, light-hearted, knowledgeable, and deeply thoughtful. She was always tuned in to what I was looking for, never impatient or pushy, and completely respectful of my preferences. She also had excellent recommend... read more
