Good Bridal Shop – Though there is an obvious language barrier, the lady is actually really nice and means well. She struggles in the small talk area, but was very helpful with dresses and scheduling. The dresses arrived in a good length of time and everything was well taken care of. I'd recommend.

Thank you to former customers – I just want to thank all of you who took the time to write a review about this bridal shop. I'm the Maid of Honor in my best friends wedding. I want our experience for her day to be fun and memorable in a good way. We were quoted a price on a Jim Hjelms dress that seemed a little to good to be true. Be kind to your bridesmaids...go somewhere else. – She really is as bad as everyone is saying. The personification of poor customer service. Don't do that to your girls, find another shop to work with or select another dress.

DO NOT BECOME A CUSTOMER! – First off, the woman who owns Maggi Bridal is a very unfriendly person! For somebody to own a store that is centered around such a big day for people, you'd think that she would possess a better attitude! She is not informative or helpful at all. If you want to see a dress or try it on, the sizes are limited and you have to be planning to buy the dress to even put it on! Worst Bridal Store Experience Ever! – I had the worst experience at Maggi Bridal. I called to make an appointment and the woman at the store acted like she didn't want me to come in. She asked me when my wedding was, to which I responded, "October." Then she replied, "Well, it's December, you don't have to come so early." I was surprised given that brides are always advised to order dresses at least 9 months in advance. shipping – You people really should make sure it is okay to send something to someone else's house before you ship it there. A relative of mine had you guys ship her bridesmaid dress to my house. Since I wasn't even invited to the wedding, I really didn't think that I should have had to take care of the stinkin dress. She didn't even ask me before telling you guys to ship it to me. So maybe in the future you could try calling and finding out if it is okay to ship something that doesn't belong to someone to their house.

no borwsing – I went in to look for bridesmaid dresses not sure if I would be buying from this store. Even after telling the sales lady that I may be buying from her, and was looking for ideas and sizes, I was told that I could only try on dresses if I was about to buy one. We were the only costomer in the store, not like we were taking away from others
