I have never written a review before, but this really bothered me. I called for an appointment because I am in a wedding in NY and wanted to try on dresses. I told the lady my situation. I had some dresses in mind with the style numbers ready that I wanted to try on and possibly get fitted. Incredible Experience! – Going to Maggi Bridal and working with Laura was the best customer service experience I have ever had anywhere!!! Brace yourself.... – Maggi Bridal sets itself apart!! I knew the second I hung up the phone with Laura. She was was so nice and helpful within those couple minutes that we were on the phone. What a great experience! – I came in for an appointment with my mom and found the perfect dress...but being the indecisive person I am, I wanted to take some time to make sure I was 100% certain. When I finally made my decision, Laura worked around my schedule and found a time for me to come in to try it on again...just so that I could be sure. Terrific experience – They made everything so simple. I had 2 appointments, one to get measured and order my bridesmaid dress and the other to try on and pick up. My appointment was with Amy the first time - LOVED HER. Great advice on sizing, incredibly knowledgeable about how the dress would hang and what length to expect (which was a concern for the bride). Great Service – My two sisters and I went to get the bridesmaid dresses for the, yes another, sister. We were treated so well, just like we were the brides. They had all the sizes and styles of dresses we were interested in, and even ones that my plus size sister could try on. We were really happy to shop there. At the end, as we placed our order, we made it complicated and the girls made it work and never made us seem like we were the ones out of place. Insulted – I went into Maggi Bridal today with my MOH and we were both treated extremely poorly. We were twenty minutes early for our appointment and the employee (Amy Kiszely) met us at the door and let us know we were too early and we needed to hang out before coming into the store. Amazing People – I really did love Maggi Bridal....when I called I was really nervous because I had been looking for a specific Alfred Angelo (like a review I see below) and nobody else had it.
