I had a really great experience here. Not only were the machines relatively cheaper compared to other place for patients like me who are not covered OHIP, the staff Ramsha was very friendly and supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this place for people who need to purchase a CPAP machine. Sleep well people!
The only reason why this place is open is because Dr Shukla refers them. Customer service is non-existent for ODSP patients, who are treated like third-class. I was disappointed in their choice of delivery service which didn't get a name or a signature for the delivery. I was disappointed that Maggas shipped the contents of my order in an open bag. I compared them to Domino's Pizza, who at least box your goods, and hand deliver the box or get a name for the delivery. They delete all negative posts and lead one to believe tha... read more
