I am one of the lucky ones to have such an amazing shave shop so close to home, I'm new to wet shaving and made my first stop into the store yesterday. All that can I say is it was like Christmas morning, there costumer service is wonderful, the shop is awesome, and it was a pleasure to talk with Brad. I am a new lifetime customer and i will be stopping in every few weeks when I need to try some new stuff out.
Superb customer service, great prices on brushes, soap, and razors, and a constantly expanding selection. I cannot recommend Maggard Razors enough, they are just that damn good!
Where can customers get fast, accurate, and wonderful service. Maggard Razors that's where. I have placed two of many orders and am very contented. When your order is received and sent you get emails about it. The invoice is signed by both the picker and packer. This fact alone is almost unheard of in today's market.
Have made several purchases, and every one has been excellent. Being new to traditional shaving, I have especially benefitted from the shaving cream and after shave samples. Within minutes of each purchase, I have received a personal thank you email from Casie and the my order always arrives within about 2 days time. Cannot recommend Maggard Razors highly enough!

I bought my first DE kit here and it was an exemplary experience in terms of flexibility, access to information, fast processing and shipping, coupled with two of the nicest people you would want to deal with. Furthermore, as my journey continues, so do my questions. Today I had 3 and within an hour Brad got back to me and answered all my questions, never trying to sway, knowing he has a customer who values what he does and knows will go to them FIRST.
