An unbelievably rapid response from Casie and team for first ever Maggard order on Thursday. Received friendly confirmation in minutes, order shipped same day, received two days later (on Saturday) on the other coast. During the holidays no less. Great prices, unbelievable selection that features both traditional and artisanal offerings, and the warmest people to do business with on the continent. What else can I say?
Maggard Razors defines top drawer products and services. I watched as my new razor was hand honed and stropped to shave readiness; a service they perform on EVERY straight razor that leaves their store. They sell more than just high quality products and services. They sell an excellent experience in grooming. And like a few other commenters here, I went home and shaved at 7PM, and it was an occasion!
They just made another regular customer out of me I think! Purchase was easy, had emails that weren't cookie cutters waiting for me the next morning. Ordered late Thursday night, received on Sunday afternoon! Fast shipping and amazing customer service.. Oh and the scents on their soaps are amazing!
