I haven't felt like I had a family doctor since my original doctor left during Covid. I wasn't even informed of my diagnosis. I am being told to repeat test that I've already taken. There are many doctors in the world, but there is absolutely no one like Dr. Sabrina Chung. She is, without a doubt, the most amazing, kind, and honest person I have ever met. Love my doctor here - but I hate the dated, online only, administrative bureaucratic nightmare which makes booking an appointment difficult, renewing prescriptions challenging, and contacting your doctor (or anyone at the clinic) almost impossible. Magenta needs a total reset of its admin system - it's just not working.
