I have been going to Dr. Anne Mullen Grey for a few years now and am always happy with her and the overall service at Magenta! Dr. Mullen Grey always makes me feel heard and addresses my concerns about the a kind and empathetic approach. The team at Magenta are always responsive and supportive and the online booking system makes it easy to get an appointment, with even emergency last-minute appointments available with other doctors. I have had some bad doctors over the years are cannot recommend Dr. Mullen Grey enough!
Had a great family Dr. at the Riverside location. She moved so I got a different dr. at the beaches location. She literally does not offer virtual sessions. I live far from the clinic so thats an issue for me that that isnt even an option. This clinic will also try and send you invoices for things that are in the job description. Don't even bother. Oh good luck trying to get assistance when you need it!
Very convenient medical clinic in the Beaches. Appointment scheduling is easy and convenient online, appointments are usually on time, and I can always get in to see someone for urgent issues.
I am giving an extra star because I really liked my Doctor! I'd give her 5 stars. I was with Dr. Pattrick who was kind, attentive, supportive, and cared about my health. I would highly recommend her. I give Magenta such rating due to the system. I am tech savvy and don't mind booking things online. At first, it was a okay experience. As I got into needing more constant care, it went down hill. 35 day wait for the next available non-urgent appointment and 0 appointments available for urgent appointments. Make that make sense. I had no other option but to seek medical attention else where. I.e walk ins, ER department. The doctor will report and become aggressive if you visit other clinics. But tell me?
