My 5 star review is for my family doctor Dr.Brent Crawford. He has incredible bedside manner. He is extremely kind and non judgmental. Everything a doctor should be, it really makes the difference when talking about something vulnerable like your health. I’m very upset to have to switch doctors bc of a move.
My experience with Magenta Health at the Beaches location has been deeply frustrating, largely due to a system that feels overextended and poorly managed. **Knowledgeable Doctor, Poor Execution** The "silver lining" here is Dr. Prasad herself; she seems to be a knowledgeable and competent physician. Well, I liked my doctor at first. 2 years later, everything’s gone downhill. Doctor taking weeks to fill out a form that’s already pre-filled, and rude staff who hang up on you when you try and get an update. Not once. But twice. Nice one magenta health.
I have been going to Dr. Anne Mullen Grey for a few years now and am always happy with her and the overall service at Magenta! Dr. Mullen Grey always makes me feel heard and addresses my concerns about the a kind and empathetic approach. The team at Magenta are always responsive and supportive and the online booking system makes it easy to get an appointment, with even emergency last-minute appointments available with other doctors. I have had some bad doctors over the years are cannot recommend Dr. Mullen Grey enough!
Had a great family Dr. at the Riverside location. She moved so I got a different dr. at the beaches location. She literally does not offer virtual sessions. I live far from the clinic so thats an issue for me that that isnt even an option. This clinic will also try and send you invoices for things that are in the job description. Don't even bother. Oh good luck trying to get assistance when you need it!
