We had the good fortune of leasing a property in Emmett, Idaho from Morgan and the Magellan team. From day 0 to 365 Morgan was honest and upfront with lease questions, which we value a great deal. The Innago system that Magellan utilizes is a single source for lease agreement, monthly lease payments and reporting property repairs that may be required. MPM helped me immensely! I inherited some rental properties & live out of state. Morgan was friendly, reliable & attentive, even after I had sold the properties. Magellan PM is just awesome. Morgan has been helping us for years now and we are always confident that things will be taken cared of, on time. She makes sure that both the concerns of the tenants and owners are handled well. She is also very knowledgeable when it comes to HOAs, permits, insurances, etc.

My experience with MPM has been wonderful! I contacted Morgan a year ago this past March from Washington looking for a house. She was quick to respond to all my questions. When I moved in there were a few things needing to be fixed or replaced. Morgan and Ryan were on top of everything and have been a pleasure.
