This is the worst Health services you can find. Better don't waist your time calling Magellan.
This company does not care about mental health or the wellbeing of individuals they serve. Had I known I would have to go through this third-party for mental health I would have NEVER signed up for Blue Shield. None of their therapists reply and if you look any of them up, they have 1-2 starts. Who the heck wants to see a mental health provider that has 1-2 stars?? Just seriously ridiculous. What a crappy company. Health care should never be for profit, especially when they're unable to get their billing right! 2 months ago I started getting bills from them even tho my insurance completely covers my sessions. I got the runaround until I finally found somebody who could re-code them correctly so that the billing would go through. But now it's 2 months later and they're sending me bills again! What idiots!
They don’t care about patient needs only the bottom line.
