2022...Good luck if you need a psychiatrist and help! No psychiatrists available. Its a joke and everytime you contact Magellan, they never have any new doctors. Be prepared to pay out of pocket if you need help!! 3 years later (now 2025) and still no help and getting the runaround from Magellan. Be aware, Magellan and Magellan of PA are two totally different insurances. Magellan of PA has no psychiatrist available. It's devastating to need help and your insurance company could care less.
