My daughter was In yesterday and just asked if they had a certain kind of cookie she loves from there and the girl was really rude to her....have always loved this place but u don't treat ur customers like that...i don't care how busy u are....disappointed

I'm sorry for the negative experience. It's been a difficult week with business being very unpredictable between holidays. We strive to minimize waste, and this some times leaves us out of stock. That should have been explained at the point of sale to eliminate surprise. I, Drew, left the line short handed today. I was feeling ill, and it left everyone in a bind and short staffed.
