Initially it was a good experience, but just bcos I missed my one appointment n wasn't able to return few phone calls bcos l was out of country due to a family emergency ( my mother was in coma), Dr. Magee dismissed me as his patient. Really unacceptable.
I'd been with Dr Magee for many years, but will no longer use his office. I had to cancel an appt the night before due to a family emergency. A bit after that I received a bill for a "missed appt" with personal comments about it being done "...late the night before", phrased a bit curt and rude. I make it a point not to use doctors that still engage in the outdated practice of charging their patients for miss appts.
