I was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury. The staff behaves extremely kind. They worked with me while I was in the hospital. The staff is very supportive and personable. Im extremely thankful for their help. Their day program is top tier. The staff is extremely welcoming. There's only 5 stars but they get 10 for their wonderful help!
The therapists I’ve worked with have been amazing and you can tell they truly care about their patients’ progress. Unfortunately, trying to set up appointments when you work different shifts every week and have on-call hours, is a nightmare. Of the schedulers, *only* Arthur was patient enough to set up appointments with me to fit my schedule.
