I literally never write complaints since I know everyone has tough days, but while my first two visits were great, this last one was so horrendous it left me in tears. Took time off work because they said I needed a 3-hour ultrasound just to tell me to go home without the test being done. As a breast cancer survivor and recent melanoma removed, they like to play this dumbness like they don't know. Now they want a prior CD to read the current. If they needed that, they could have asked in the first place--they can now pay for an ER and medical transport. I won't even go to oncology there.
