Dr Farid has taken care of my children since we moved to Melbourne. When my son was 28 days old and required surgery his compassion for me in the moment he told me was immeasurable. Every step of the way he has guided us and truly cared about my children and their health. My daughter is 19 and hopes she never has to change doctors.
Dr. Farid & his staff are the best, I've been taking my 3 kids to him since 2004- extremely knowledgeable, professional & caring. I always have peace of mind that he is always there for my children.
Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He listens and address all concerns. His office is conveniently located and theoffice is clean and conducive. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommends.

This is the single worst medical practice I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. EVER. The only positive is that the office staff are nice. If you don't mind running out of medication no matter how early you request a refill and having to wait until someone gets around to filling the requests, this is the place for you. If you don't mind sitting in a dirty waiting room for an hour or more after your scheduled appointment time, have at it. If you like not having your calls returned, BINGO!
Dr. Farid and his staff are phenomenal! We moved to the area from Nashville, TN with a tiny preemie in 2005. Dr. Farid is incredibly knowledgeable--one area of expertise is neonatology/preemie health. He will take the time to give your child a comprehensive check-up. At first, he may not seem talkative, but he is observing and listening to your child and to you. He once came to the hospital on a weekend when our child was very ill, ran an IV himself, and waited for the helicopter. Amazing.
Seems like a very knowledgeable physician but had to wait almost an hour to see him. Not good for the kids.
Ok so maybe he's not all yippety and loud like some pediatricians but he takes time with his patients which is important. He's very knowledgeable and my kids really like him. I left another office and came here and it was the best decision we have made.
