I was greeted at check-in asking if I had a hard disc of images. I said I wasn’t informed I needed to bring my own images. Their first response was sorry we won’t be able to see you. Thoughtless, inconsiderate, disorganized.. Staff didn’t know what an EMR was.. The office said they were unable to request or receive electronically. When I was on the phone getting the images sent over from my referred PCP they said time was up and I couldn’t be seen.

Very attentive and caring. Makes sure that he knows all aspects of your condition before doing a procedure.
We saw the PA for several visits until my condition was found through an MRI. Then the dr came in and explained what was happening and what was wrong and he showed me the MRI as he explained it to us. Now I am a week post surgery and the dr tells me my progress is doing good just need more time to heal.. He friendly and explains things well.
Dr. El-Kalliny is an awesome Dr. And surgeon! He has been my Doctor before and he is again currently. He has taken excellent care of me and several of my friends and family members. I won’t see anyone else as long as he is practicing. Results have always been great for us all!
Always take the advice of this excellent Dr and surgeon. He’s a Godsend.
This Dr is so upfront. He is amazing! I know if I have questions, he is more than willing to answer them. He is such a gentleman, and on point. My sister drives 2 hours just to see him. Thank you doc for taking care of me and my sister..
I’ve been seen at this office for over a year,this was the first time I had seen the Doctor.The appointment was set up from his assistant who said I was seeing him to discuss surgery or some type of pain pump because I did injections which didn’t help.After waiting on him for over a hour he suggested another injection to see if it would work.it’s been 2 weeks and the injection still has not been set up.I realize because I live in a small town his office is busy and I’m sure he is a excellent Doctor but I’m 63 yrs old and I ‘... read more
I have been a patient (?) for the past 9 months, but have never seen him. A PA met with me on each visit, ordering additional tests each time. Appointments were cancelled and rescheduled several times, including once while I was in the parking lot for a scheduled appointment. Would not recommend this practice.
