I have been seeing Dr Magaly Villafrez-Diaz for 8+years.She is a wonderful conscientious doctor. She pays attention to the patient as a whole person.She is a "rockstar" of doctors! She "REALLY" listens to your symptoms in order to properly treat and diagnose.She runs many blood tests and READS the results in order to properly diagnose. Horrible horrible experience. She’s so unprofessional and will have you waiting for over three hours. Had to sit in the middle of the appointment while she talked to her secretary about her sushi order. I wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy. I would be surprised if she’s even a real doctor.

Excelente reumatologa con mucho carisma con sus pacientes, brinda su tiempo con paciencia y cariño! Vale la pena esperar por ella, entra uno con mucho dolor y sale muy satisfecho con la atención que nos brinda! Dios la bendiga siempre!!

I've been seeing Dr. V. for a little over a year. It is almost always a long wait to see her, but once you do she takes her time with you. I was in severe arthritic pain until I saw this doctor, not any more. She takes time to listen to your ailments, explain lab results/procedures, and treat you with care and compassion. She was rated top rhumatologist in Melbourne at least twice (2016 & 2018). Unlike other reviews, I found the office staff to be efficient and helpful. I drive 30+ miles (one-way) just to see this doctor.
