This apartment complex has been a nightmare from the start. They refuse to reimburse false or incorrect charges, and I’ve had an open maintenance ticket for my patio door—which no longer fits properly in its frame—for over a month with no resolution. I am writing to formally document my concerns regarding the unprofessional conduct and lack of communication I have experienced during my lease renewal process. On Thursday, June 11th, I initiated contact by leaving a voicemail requesting a callback regarding my renewal. I would not recommend living here. I moved in during February 2026, and my experience started off well. The property manager I worked with when I signed my lease was amazing, responsive, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, after management changed, the experience declined significantly. Emails to the current property manager often go unanswered, and communication has been frustrating. I was also double charged for renters insurance even though I already had an active policy. I lived here for 3 years. In my first year, this placed was great. However, by the second and third year, everything went down hill. I STRONGLY do not recommend living here. Management is always changing, you can never get a hold of the office, the place is not kept up and dirty...etc. Please save yourself the headache. For reference, i was here from 2023 - April 2026. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Pay more to be happier at a different apartment.

have been a resident here for nearly 3 years. good luck trying to get anybody to answer the phones. left 2 voicemails and still no returned call. literally, on my nerves.
