I lived here from June 2023 to June 2024. While my time in the unit itself was mostly positive, the move-out experience left a lot to be desired. During the lease, I was satisfied with my studio apartment — I’d rate it 4/5. Amenities (gym) was solid (4/5), and features like keypad entry and the Butterfly MX system were convenient when they were working. Maintenance team was great. Package delivery was reliable. I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here! The entire Leasing Staff and Maintenance Team go above and beyond, especially with coordinating a ton of resident events. Everyone seems to really care and take pride in their work. The building is nice and well kept. Big fan of the location as well. Would definitely recommend!!
