I recently joined the practice as a patient. I have a long term, eventually fatal condition that will make my on going health somewhat tricky to manage. I found Carmen Maftei to be extremely professional and friendly! She took the time to hear all my concerns and to brainstorm possible options. I will definitely be returning.
I would recommend Carmen to anyone in the area. In fact, I already have. Several years ago, I made an appt. She sent me to a dermatologist ASAP. I had stage 3 melanoma. I had no idea. She saved my life. When you make an appt with Carmen,you will never regret it.
Always listens carefully, evaluates well, describes and summarizes diagnosis and treatment action concisely. Very professional, caring approach and demeanor. Has always been available when I have needed immediate medical care or attention . Highly recommend.

I'm a new patient so had to wait a few months to get my first appointment, but the wait was well worth it. I found Carmen to be a good listener and thorough. She has ordered blood tests that my previous physician hadn't that I'm certain will lead to a correct diagnosis.
