I called Maestro Sunshine Gate Garage Care to get a free estimate on my garage door because it wasn't opening. Their answering service said they would have a technician come by. The tech called and I confirmed this was a free estimate. He said yes. When he looked at the garage door, he said he couldn't fix it because he's a locksmith.
