Moved here from the Hoyt Apartments and it is so much better it's like night and day. Great management and maintenance team. Shout out to Luis and Igor for their communication.
I’ve lived here for over 6 months now and I have to say I have had zero issues! My neighbors are friendly, I almost never hear them! The team is also great, Luis is friendly, communicative, and incredibly responsive! It’s nice to feel like everything is well looked after here!! :)
Maintenance team is great. But holland partners management company is one of the grimiest imo. They are raising rents at times when local market trends are going down according to local reports, but are trying to lock you into 2 year leases renewals to maintain anything near your normal rent. Even to their long term tenants. They want to make sure if you dare leave within two years, that YOU as a tenant cover THEIR business expenses and losses for their times to find a new tenant, in the form of lease termination fees. I've been a resident since the building opened and seen people come and go. I've been VERY impressed with our current maintenance supervisor, Luis. In addition to noticing a MARKED improvement in the building and landscaping (clean floors, elevators, common areas, as well as the 1st floor courtyard appearance and the 6th floor rooftop lounge and grills upkeep), I had to call upon Luis for a variety of reasons in my apartment. This morning our garbage disposal went out, we put in a maintenance request, and within 2 hours Luis was at our apartment, and had it fixed in 15 minutes!! Incredibly friendly and quick, and he didn’t even comment on the mess (he came so quick we didn’t have time to clean up)!! Thank you Luis!!
