The location is exceptional, and Hillary and Henderson create a welcoming atmosphere. I believe they are highly attentive to the needs of renters.
Great place! Office staff are nice and the maintenance crew is on top of everything. Put in a maintenance request in the morning and it was taken care of just a few hours a later
Love living here! Great friendly community feel throughout the building. Thank you to Luis, Maintenance Manager-extraordinaire, he respond promptly and with efficient and effective resolution in a timely manner to all building amenities and requests. The building is clean and looks sharp consistently. (Thank you to all the maintenance crew for that. Special mention to Alejandra and her cleaning crew, managed by Luis).
