I saw this Dr. for first time yesterday. He started out to be attentive but as appt went on he was not interested in hearing how the extreme pain I am experiencing is effecting my quality of life. When I spoke of other Dr.'s I had seen from Straub he didn't seem to care what diagnosis they had given. This has been a problem going on for over 3 years. Dr Maeda was my second opinion doc. I love him for his attentive nature and his willingness to listen and share what to expect during the surgery. His down-to- earth detailed explanation was thorough and easy to understand. My first surgeon was only interested if I wanted surgery and was not willing to spend the time on questions or options prior to surgery. Dr Maeda was patient. What a world of difference between doctors! I would highly recommend Dr Maeda!
