Melissa is the best, I followed maebee wax studio since her location on frankfort Ave. Best customer service people's person. Melissa really takes her time to make you feel comfortable and have great conversations during the process. I highly recommend it.
I've been going to Melissa for a few years now and let me tell you, no one does it like she does. The few times I've had to go to someone else because of timing/schedule or my location, I ended up regretting it. Melissa has her craft down to a science! She is always kind, gentle, and thoughtful with her clients. She's the best!
Today was my first time visiting her salon and baby she has gained a new client! I love supporting small business especially when they are local! Melissa is sweet bubbly and full of great convo!
