We ordered a warranty covered timer/hour meter for our NEW nearly $9,000 SCAG mower, back MONTHS ago. Ours never worked. Since then, it's a no contact. Asked many times "we ordered it." they once claimed. Mind you, we called SCAG fitect and they had them in abundance, but still, crickets. #

Worst experience ever in a local owed store! Went to go and see about purchasing a generator no one would help me so I asked this gentleman sitting next to the door for help he would not even get out of his chair to help me out!!! He said he had 2 and I asked if he could show them to me and replied under the banner just pick it up! With that type of customer service I walked out and never go back and will tell everyone not to shop there!!
