The staff here is terrible. He is very rude. Does not return calls in a timely fashion. I called two weeks ago and finally left a voice message with my information to schedule an appointment since the phone doesn't ring, it just goes straight to the answering machine and I think I'm going to grow old waiting for them to call me.
I used to be a patient and am trying to come back but no one ever answers the phone and can't even enter the building. Did he drop off the face of the earth?
The best Doctor ever!!! Jose and I miss you all so much. I wish I could make the drive to see Dr. Madu but I'm too far away now. If you want a Dr. who cares about you as a person and not a number, he is the one!!!! S. Maldonado
