The staff here is terrible. He is very rude. Does not return calls in a timely fashion. I called two weeks ago and finally left a voice message with my information to schedule an appointment since the phone doesn't ring, it just goes straight to the answering machine and I think I'm going to grow old waiting for them to call me.
I used to be a patient and am trying to come back but no one ever answers the phone and can't even enter the building. Did he drop off the face of the earth?
