Very helpful and friendly staff. I was helped today with a chain issue and learned a lot about my chainsaw and different styles of chain. I just got done cutting a cord of wood and the chain cut like a hot knife through butter. Will definitely be back!
Visiting from Alaska and I can tell you Madsens is hands down the coolest dealership in Washington- they have every part you could ever need and the service and knowledge to back it up! Take it from Robbie Carver... if you need a Stihl or Husky product you can rely on Madsens in Chehalis.
